Everyday, for 21 days, Ulta selects 3-4 luxury products for 50 percent off! These products include skin-care and makeup products! Throughout the year, I save my money and hoard my gift cards for times such as these! Usually, I purchase the items I use on a daily basis first and if my budget allows I go in!
