Hey Thriftanistas!

Happy Independence Day!  I hope you are enjoying your day off with family and friends! This year, I decided to go the non-traditional route and order food from Ted’s Barbeque.  Considering, I have to return to work tomorrow I didn’t want to participate in the festivities nor wear patriotic colors.  Nonetheless, I still wanted to be cute and comfortable.

I thrifted this beautiful kimono for $3.75 from America’s Thrift.  Because of its dark colors, I envisioned wearing this throughout the Fall with turtlenecks and midi dresses.  However, to pull off a summer look I paired it with a tank top and boyfriend jeans.

It’s super lightweight and perfect for a evening of relaxation!  How are you spending your Independence Day?
